Responsibilities of a Prayer Leader:

Lead daily/weekly prayers – lead our morning prayers, grace before meals and end-of-day reflections.
Set an example – expected to be respectful, thoughtful, and model good behavior during prayer and throughout the day.
Help prepare prayers – prayer leaders might write or choose the prayers they’ll say, especially during assemblies or special events.
Encourage participation – invite others to join in or help create a calm, respectful atmosphere.
Support school values – being a prayer leader ties in with promoting kindness, gratitude, and a sense of community in our school.
Lead celebration of the word sessions across school – our prayer leaders travel from class to class to support our CotW sessions.
